Power to delegate.
The Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985
About this Act
An Act to provide for the establishment of an Authority for the development and promotion of exports of certain agricultural and processed food products and for matters connected therewith.
The Central Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette,
direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act (not being the power to make rules under
section 32) may also be exercised in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified
in the order, by such officer or authority as may be specified therein.
