Different kinds of courts-martial.

About this Act

An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the government of the Air Force.

    For purposes of this Act there shall be three kinds of courts-martial, that is to say,--
         (a) general courts-martial.
         (b) district courts-martial.
         (c) summary general courts-martial.
