Power to hear cases of grantees.

About this Act
An Act to declare and amend the law relating to agricultural tenancies, record-of-rights and certain other matters in Ajmer.
An application under section 117, 118 or 120, shall be
entertained, heard and decided by the sub-divisional officer who shall submit the record of the case for
confirmation of the order or the decree passed by him to the collector.
