Period of suspension to be excluded in computing period of limitation.

About this Act
An Act to declare and amend the law relating to agricultural tenancies, record-of-rights and certain other matters in Ajmer.
When the payment
of rent has been suspended in accordance with the provisions of section 164, the period during which the
suspension continues shall be excluded in computing the period of limitation under this Act for the
recovery of such rent.
