About this Act
An Act to declare and amend the law relating to agricultural tenancies, record-of-rights and certain other matters in Ajmer.
Sections 4, 5 and 12, sub-section (2) of
section 14 and sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 17 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908, shall apply,
mutatis mutandis, to applications and other proceedings under this Act.
