Application for kuta.

About this Act
An Act to declare and amend the law relating to agricultural tenancies, record-of-rights and certain other matters in Ajmer.
If, by an agreement between a landholder and his tenant, the batai rent of
a holding is payable in cash by kuta, either party may apply in the prescribed form to the tahsildar to
depute an officer to make the kuta.
