The All-India Institute of Medical Science Act, 1956
About this Act
An Act to provide for the establishment of All-India Institutes of Medical Sciences.
1[Every Institute] shall prepare for every year a report of its activities during
that year and submit the report to the Central Government in such form and on or before such date as may
be prescribed by rules and a copy of this report shall be laid before both Houses of Parliament within one
month of its receipt.
