Power to remove difficulties.
About this Act
An Act to provide for the formation of the State of Andhra, the increasing of the area of the State of Mysore and the diminishing of the area of the State of Madras, and for matters connected therewith.
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of
this Act, the President may by order do anything not inconsistent with such provisions which appear
to him to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
