Vacancies not to invalidate acts and proceedings.
About this Act
An Act to provide for the regulation and control of training of apprentices and for matters connected therewith.
No act done or proceeding taken by the
National Council, the Central Apprenticeship Council, the State Council or the State Apprenticeship
Council under this Act shall be questioned on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy in, or
defect in the constitution of, such Council.
