Kinds of courts-martial.

About this Act

An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the Government of the regular Army.

    For the purposes of this Act there shall be four kinds of courtsmartial, that is to say,--
         (a) general courts-martial;
         (b) district courts-martial;
         (c) summary general courts-martial; and
         (d) summary courts-martial.
