About this Act
An Act to establish and incorporate a teaching and residential Hindu University at Banaras.
(1) This Act may be called the 1[Banaras] Hindu University
Act, 1915.
(2) It shall come into force on such date2 as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct.
