About this Act

An Act to improve the law relating to sales of Land for arrears of Revenue in the Lower Provinces under the Bengal Presidency.

All sections
    It shall be competent to the person making a deposit under the provision of the last preceding Section, or his representative or assignee, at any time to withdraw the deposit and to revoke the pledge of the same.
