The Betwa River Board Act, 1976
About this Act
An Act to provide for the establishment of a Board for the creation of a reservoir at Rajghat by construction, on behalf of the Governments of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, of a dam on the Betwa river at Rajghat and for the regulation of such reservoir.
The Board shall prepare in such form and at such time each year as may be prescribed
its budget for the next financial year showing the estimated expenditure, the amount of expenditure which
the State Governments of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh have undertaken to provide for and forward
the same to the Central Government and the said State Governments.
