An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to steam boilers.

    The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, exclude1 any specified area from the operation of all or any specified provisions of this Act.

Notes

1. The Andaman and Nicobar Islands have been excluded from the operation of the provisions of this Act. See Notification No. G (B)-10, dated the 21st June, 1924, Gazette of India, 1924, Pt. I, p. 585.
