The Bombay Reorganisation Act, 1960
About this Act
An Act to provide for the reorganisation of the State of Bombay and for matters connected therewith.
In the Inter-State Corporations Act, 1957, in the preamble, in
section 2, in clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section 4 and in section 5, after the words and figures "the
States Reorganisation Act, 1956", wherever they occur, the words "or of any other enactment relating to
reorganisation of States" shall be inserted.
