Composition of Bench.
The Bombay Revenue Jurisdiction Act, 1876
About this Act
An Act to limit the jurisdiction of the Civil Courts throughout the Bombay Presidency in matters relating to the Land-revenue, and for other purposes.
Every reference under section twelve or section thirteen shall be heard
by a Bench consisting of such number of Judges not less than three, as the Chief Justice from time to time
directs.
