An Act to regulate the employment and conditions of service of building and other construction workers and to provide for their safety, health and welfare measures and for other matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
The Board shall prepare, in such form and at such time each financial year as
may be prescribed, its annual report, giving a full account of its activities during the previous financial
year, and submit a copy thereof to the State Government and the Central Government.
