AN ACT relating to the administration of the Public Revenues in the Town of Calcutta.

All sections
    The collection of the Stamp Duty within the Town of Calcutta shall ordinarily, and unless the Lieutenant Governor of Bengal shall otherwise direct, be in the charge of the Collector of Calcutta.
