Power of inspection by member of a Board.
About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the administration of cantonments with a view to impart greater democratisation, improvement of their financial base to make provisions for developmental activities and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
A Board may by special order authorise or order
any member to inspect any work or institution constructed or maintained, in whole or part, at the expense
of the Board, and any register, book accounts or other documents belonging to, or in the possession of,
the Board.
