Power to manage property.
About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the administration of cantonments with a view to impart greater democratisation, improvement of their financial base to make provisions for developmental activities and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
A Board may, subject to any conditions imposed by the Central
Government, manage any property entrusted to its management by the Central Government on such terms
as to the sharing of rents and profits accruing from such property as may be determined by rule made
under section 346.
