An Act further to amend and to consolidate the law relating to the provision of house accommodation for military officers in cantonments.
1[21. Restriction of scope of inquiry.-- The scope of the inquiry in a reference under this Act shall be
restricted to a consideration of the matters referred to the Court in accordance with the provisions of this
Act.]
