Suspension of action pending appeal.

About this Act
An Act further to amend and to consolidate the law relating to the provision of house accommodation for military officers in cantonments.
Where an appeal has been presented under section 30
within the period prescribed 1[therein], all action on the notice shall, on the application of the appellant, be
held in abeyance pending the decision of the appeal.
