About this Act

An Act to provide for the establishment and incorporation of a University for the North-Eastern region for the development of agriculture and for the furtherance of the advancement of learning and prosecution of research in agriculture and allied sciences in that region.

All sections
    No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Board, any authority or officer or other employee of the University for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, the Statutes or the Ordinances.
