An Act to consolidate and amend the Law relating to Agricultural Tenancies in the Central Provinces.

All sections
    Where land is sublet and any conflict arises under sections 24 to 28 (both inclusive) between the rights of a superior and of an inferior landlord, the right of the superior landlord shall prevail.
