Classes of tenants.
The Central Provinces Tenancy Act, 1898
About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the Law relating to Agricultural Tenancies in the Central Provinces.
There shall be five classes of tenants, namely :--
(1) absolute occupancy-tenants;
(2) occupancy-tenants;
(3) village-service-tenants;
(4) sub-tenants; and
(5) ordinary tenants.
