About this Act

An Act to consolidate and amend the Law relating to Agricultural Tenancies in the Central Provinces.

All sections
    When a person, at the time of taking a thika or farm, is a tenant of any land comprised therein, his interest as tenant shall not be affected by reason only of his taking the thika or farm.
