About this Act

An Act to consolidate and amend the Law relating to Agricultural Tenancies in the Central Provinces.

All sections
    An ordinary tenant shall, subject to the provisions of sections 13, 14, 15,16, 63, 66 and 78, pay such rent as may, from time to time, be fixed by agreement between him and his landlord.
