An Act to consolidate and amend the Law relating to Agricultural Tenancies in the Central Provinces.

All sections
    No set-off shall be allowed in any suit for arrears unless the amount claimed as a set-off has been determined by a decree or order of a competent Court or of a Revenue-officer or Settlement-officer.
