An Act to provide for the development under Central control of the silk industry and for that purpose to establish a Central Silk Board.
1[8J. Statement by silk-worm seed producers.--Every registered silk-worm seed producer and dealer
shall furnish periodic statement to the Committee in such form, manner and at such intervals as may be
specified by regulations.]
