About this Act

An Act to establish and incorporate universities for teaching and research in the various States and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

All sections
    The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed in such manner and on such terms and condition of service, and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
