Report of arrest and seizure.

About this Act
An Act to give effect to the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
Whenever any person makes any arrest or seizure under this Act,
he shall, within forty-eight hours next after such arrest or seizure, make a full report of all the particulars
of such arrest or seizure to his immediate superior officer.
