The Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010
About this Act
An Act to provide for the registration and regulation of clinical establishments in the country and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
The clinical establishment shall submit evidence of having
complied with the prescribed minimum standards in such manner, as may be prescribed.
