About this Act
An Act to repeal the Coal Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1947 and to provide for certain matters incidental thereto.
(1) This Act may be called the Coal Mines Labour Welfare
Fund (Repeal) Act, 1986.
(2) It shall come into force on such date1 as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
