Inspection of records of the Board and obtaining of copies.
About this Act
An Act to provide for the development under the control of the Union of the coffee industry.
Any registered
owner 1*** may, subject to the prescribed conditions, inspect the records maintained by the
Board and may on Payment of the prescribed fee obtain copies of any proceedings or orders
of the Board.
