Power to delegate.
About this Act
An Act to provide for the establishment of a Board for the development of the Coir Industry and for that purpose to levy a customs duty on coir fiber, coir yarn and coir products exported from India and for matters connected therewith.
The Central Government may, by order notified in the Official Gazette,
direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act may also be exercised in such cases and subject to
such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order by such officer or authority as may be specified
therein.
