Disclosure of historical documents.
The Collection of Statistics Act, 2008
About this Act
An Act to facilitate the collection of statistics on economic, demographic, social, scientific and environmental aspects, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
Notwithstanding anything contained in section 9 of this
Act, the appropriate Government may release such documents relating to information schedules,
which in its opinion have attained historical importance.
