About this Act

An Act to provide that all Cutchi Memons shall be governed in matters of succession and inheritance by the Muhammad an Law.

All sections
    (1) This Act may be called the Cutchi Memons Act, 1938.
     (2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of November, 1938.
