About this Act

An Act to provide for the establishment and regulation of a Corporation for the development of the Damodar Valley in the Provinces of Bihar and West Bengal.

All sections
    No Court shall take cognisance of an offence under this Act except on the complaint of an officer of the Corporation authorised by it in this behalf.
