Limitation of liability of middleman.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the control of rents and evictions, and for the lease of vacant premises to Government, in certain areas in the States of Delhi and Ajmer.
No collector of rents or middleman shall be liable to pay
to his principal, in respect of any premises, any sum by way of rental charges which exceeds the amount
which he is entitled under this Act to realise from the tenant or tenants of the premises.
