About this Act

An Act to provide for the control of rents and evictions, and for the lease of vacant premises to Government, in certain areas in the States of Delhi and Ajmer.

All sections
    No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against a Controller in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Chapter.
