Exemption of certain premises from the operation of the Act.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the control of rents and evictions, and for the lease of vacant premises to Government, in certain areas in the States of Delhi and Ajmer.
All premises, the construction
of which is completed after the 1st day of June, 1951, but before the expiry of three years from the
commencement of this Act, shall be exempt from the operation of all the provisions of this Act for a
period of seven years from the date of such completion.
