Period of operation of orders under section 46, 47 or 48.
About this Act
An Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to the regulation of the police in the Union territory of Delhi.
Any direction made under
section 46, section 47 or seclion 48 not to enter Delhi or any part thereof, shall be for such period as may
be specified therein, and shall in no case exceed a period of two years from the date on which it was
made.
