An Act to establish and incorporate a teaching and affiliating University at Delhi.

    1[16. Powers and duties of officers, etc.-- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the powers and duties of the officers of the University, the terms for which they shall hold office and the filling of casual vacancies in such offices shall be provided for by the Statutes.]
