About this Act

An Act to provide for the establishment of the Delhi Urban Art Commission with a view to preserving, developing and maintaining the aesthetic quality of urban and environmental design within Delhi.

All sections
    The Commission shall furnish to the Central Government such returns or other information with respect to its fund or activities as the Central Government may, from time to time, require.
