About this Act

An Act to regulate the profession of dentistry.

    The 1[State] Council may at any time, for reasons appearing to it sufficient and subject to the approval of the 1[State] Government, order that upon payment of the prescribed fee the name of a person removed from a register shall be restored thereto.
