Repeal and saving.
About this Act
An Act to provide for regulation of depositories in securities and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
(1) The Depositories (Third) Ordinance, 1996 (Ord. 28 of 1996) is hereby
repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
