Section 32
Sections 29 and 31 to apply without any modification thereof.
About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the extradition of fugitive criminals and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
Notwithstanding anything
to the contrary contained in section 3 or section 12, the provisions of sections 29 and 31 shall apply
without any modification to every foreign State 1***.
