About this Act
An Act to enable effect to be given to certain international Conventions done at Geneva on the twelfth day of August, 1949, to which India is a party, and for purposes connected therewith.
When an offence under this Chapter
is committed by any person outside India, he may be dealt with in respect of such offence as if it had been
committed at any place within India at which he may be found.
