About this Act
An Act to provide for the administration of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu and for matters connected therewith.
The Central Government may, by
notification in the Official Gazette, extend with such restrictions or modifications as it thinks fit to Goa,
Daman and Diu any enactment which is in force in a State at the date of the notification.
