Form of writs and other processes.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the reorganisation of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu and for matters connected therewith.
The law in force immediately before the appointed day
with respect to the form of writs and other processes used, issued or awarded by the existing High Court
shall, with necessary modifications, apply with respect to the form of writs and other processes used,
issued or awarded by the common High Court.
